There was a story on the evening news yesterday (wish I could find the link) about three kittens that were thrown out of a car onto the street in Miami Beach around mid-day. Unfortunately two kittens didn’t survive, and the one that did has several injuries. He (?) has a fractured femur and is now blind, requiring neurological treatment. I felt terrible when I saw the little guy on the news, and wished I could adopt him. I don’t mind rearranging my kitchen cabinets to make room for cat supplies
